As a Business Architect, you are the crucial link between a client’s strategic goals and the technical realization. You don't just "gather requirements", you dive deep into the domain logic to understand how a company truly functions.

Using our own platform, MyStekz, you translate complex business processes into clear, executable models. You are a bridge-builder who speaks the language of both the CEO and the AI Engineer.

What you will do

• Business Modeling & Analysis: You map out current and future-state business processes using BPMN. You identify bottlenecks and design new, optimized Value Streams.

• Domain-Driven Design (DDD): You define the domains and subdomains that form the foundation of the technical architecture.

• Stakeholder Management: You challenge our clients' executives and stakeholders. You don't ask, "What do you want to build?" but rather, "Which fundamental business problem are we solving?"

• AI & Automation Strategy: Together with the product team, you determine where AI agents and automation will have the highest impact within the process architecture.

• Strategic Alignment: You translate functional requirements into a solid information structure, ensuring the solution aligns with the client’s long-term strategy.

• Solution Integrity: You safeguard the integrity of the proposed solution during the development phase, ensuring that business value remains the central focus at all times.

Who are you

• Analytical Thinker: You get energized by abstract puzzles and have the ability to distill complex matter into a clear, structured process model.

• Background: You have a background in Business Architecture, Information Management, or a similar role at the intersection of Business & IT.

• Methodological Expert: Deep experience with BPMN and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is an absolute must. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks is a significant plus.

• Tech-Savvy (Non-Coder): You don’t need to write code, but you fully grasp the potential of modern cloud architectures and AI technologies (such as LLMs and agentic workflows).

• Versatile Communicator: You can discuss high-level strategy at the board level, yet comfortably dive into data models with developers.

• Language Skills: Fluent command of both Dutch and English (verbal and written) is an absolute requirement.

• Location: Currently residing in the Netherlands.
